Save Your Money By Creating Your Own Mlm Lead Machine
Eventually in your affiliate marketingcareer you will decide that you are NOT going to pay for leads, ever again.
That happened for me some time ago. It was a stuggle for a while, but now I have created my own lead generation machine.
I simply got tired of the insanity of purchasing leads. Here are some of the things that were happening to me.
1. Copies of the same lead sold to me over and over.
Here I was buying leads, and I was getting charged more than one time for the same person.

The lead company would sell the lead over and over and over... and over again. The prospect would be upset because so many people were calling him

Let's face it, if your leads don't convert, they're useless.
4. Prospect "Not Interested"
Just because they filled out a form online doesn't mean that they are interested in my opportunity.
5. Seriously lousy leads..
Incentivized leads.Leads that only responded because they were entered into a drawing or got some sort of "freebie" unrelated to your business.
People thought they were applying for a traditional job
Prospects that are out of work
Prospects that are flat broke. I'm not against being broke, I've been there, but some of these people it seems to be a lifestyle choice!.
After I decided that I wasn't going to buy leads anymore, i realized that I had to change my mindset. I figured that the reason that the lead companies were making money, is because it cost less to produce the lead than it did to sell it.
So I knew there must be a way to produce quality leads inexpensively. I started doing a ton of research. I was looking high and low to get as much knowledge as I could on internet marketing and generating my own leads.. I knew that if I could just get in contact with enough good prospects I would be ok.
I spent a lot of time and money on my education!!
I learned the mistakes of my failures, and kept track of what worked.
Here is the bottom line of what I picked up during that time..
We have to turn the marketing funnel upside down, by getting qualified prospects to come to us.. I became a fan of Attraction Marketing. Mike Dillard has excellent resources and materials. In Mike's materials I learned a lot about human nature.
Most of us like to follow a winner. We put our hope into someone who has "been there and done that" We admire people that have made the accomplishments that we want to make and we model those people.
If Your the expert... people will come to you. For example, when you need to go to the doctor, you go to someone that has a degree and a reputation right? You don't go to someone with no expertise when you need medical advice.
Same thing in business. We want to learn from the best people in thier field..
Although there are many avenues to pursue when it comes to Attraction Marketing but, a key concept is Article Marketing.
This is something you could implement almost immediately for virtually no costs, and start generating your own leads.. Here are the basics.
Someone searches for a keyword or topic in one of the search engines or article directories.
Many materials including articles come up in the search based on the keyword. The prospect clicks on a few of those and takes a look at them.
Let's say he is intriqued by one article in particular, and he wants to find out more information. He clicks on one of the links at the bottom of the article to learn more.
