A few years back when I initially started designing websites for my own products, the first thing I did was research dozens and dozens of websites, big and small, to identify exactly what everybody is using to advertise their products and services. Soon, I got better at it and started seeing trends. The solitary biggest reason that Flash enjoys this prevailing position in good web designs at the present time is that Flash grants them the power to produce a completely interactive and visually inspiring experience with all their visitors. This is something which is simply not possible with conventional HTML and JavaScript.

My reaction was also the same when I came across a research that told me that over 99% of computer users have flash player installed on their computer. Can you imagine what it means?? Of course, my reaction was that I want to use Flash on my website.
But for more than one reason it was not the easiest Job in the world. Shortly I learned that as for these massive companies, they don't mind spending large amounts of cash hiring skilled flash designers who do all the "ActionScripting" and "Flex Programming" needed to build such flash websites.
But for those of us who lack the money and skills... well, it hasn't been so easy.
First off, flash software is very expensive. For starters, the initial thing you need to buy is the Flash CS3 software which at this point costs a whopping $700.00!!
Then you need some flash plugins like SwishMax which is an added $250.00 out of your pocket.
With a bit of searching I finally came upon a silver bullet which helped me say so long to all my flash difficulties.
