The Trouble With Establishing A Network Maketing Team Plus The Solution

We see it everyday, millions play lotto but their chances of winning are monumental, so why do it? Beats me, but they do. Smoking kills us, yet people smoke, so why do it. Excess sugar makes one fat, but yet we consume over 100 lbs of the stuff a year. I could go on and on. But the point is clear. Our actions are far from what we know is best for us.
So it is with MLM. Someone signs up because they get all excited and were told you can make so much money in MLM. Then 3 months later they are discourage and join another, to sit back and rake in the money, yet it never happens that way.
The good MLM companies out there are serious businesses for those of us who want to be professional.
But what I see is too many people get in, get lost, and get out. Why? They came in with wrong mindset. Misguided on how to develop a successful Network Marketing team. They have no professional base for building a true business. They give up not because of lack of desire or even work ethic, but they are lost because of the lack of professional training and lack of knowledge on just what it takes to build and real network.
So what does it take to be one of the success stories and not one of the casualties? Simple. You need a solid company, a proven marketing plan and a mentor to keep you on track.
The company must be stable, in business and doing well for at least five years. Do not put your efforts into a start-up, too risky. If you do, you may make it big or be looking for a new company 3 years down the road. The products are real, consumable, and in demand.
Your Upline should have a proven marketing plan for you to step into and run with. No plan, you’re on your own to come up with one and that is for someone with years of experience, not a beginner. You need a turn-key system that you can get into profit fast, Not struggle with no system to support you and your team. Pass.
You need a Coach, a Mentor, someone that is currently achieving success and is will to take you under wing and get you up to speed. Do not experiment with your future, find a mentor for you to get into profit and be able to guide your team there too. Your prosperity is dependent on the success of your team, a mentor is vital.
These are the critical basics. They are proven and tested for years in our successful MLM network. I know if you get all three and are ready to get to work and not surrender, you can be one of those that truly win big in MLM.
