Is There Truthfully A Global Information Network Scam Or Isn’t There?
Allow me to chime in regarding the Global Information Network scam debate.
One of the first questions regarding the Global Information Network (GIN) I’ve seen brought up is whether GIN is a network marketing business venture. It appears that some folks are calling this whole thing a scam since the answer is yes.
This makes me smile a bit since there are so many MLM opportunites out there today. Are Pre-Paid Legal, GeneWize, Amway, Global Resorts, etc all scams, too, just because they are structured as MLM entities?
So is MLM simply a big scam, taking into account that some network marketers make absolutely nothing while others have gotten rich? It seems to me that the folks calling network marketing a scam are the same folks who couldn’t make it work or simply haven’t put quality research time into the business model.
Personally, labeling it a Global Information Network scam simply because it’s MLM seems like pretty questionable “advice” to listen to…
Another thing I'm reading is that the only way to access GIN's compensation plan info is to pay the one thousand dollar initiation fee.
Interestingly, though, if one were to join as an affiliate (for free), the compensation plan is right there in plain view.
This isn't "secretive" or out of the ordinary since joining affiliate programs is commonplace for Internet marketers. Investigating a compensation plan in this manner seems very "unscammy" (is that even a word?) to me.
When folks refuse to access and read the comp plan before saying the Global Information Network is a scam...now THAT seems a little shady.
The 3rd controversy I've seen about GIN is that it's about selling information instead of physical products.
Really, are you kidding me? The Internet is built to sell info. What do you suppose people such as Mike Dillard, Jonathan Budd, Yanik Silver, Anthony Robbins, Bob Proctor, Perry Marshall, etc are selling online as they make their millions?
Ahem… um… information? Yep, exactly that, my friend. Information!
So, there is some grand Global Information Network scam because they’re selling information? My opinion is that this is flawed thinking.
When a person researches what info GIN is selling, it is revealed to revolve around personal growth, prospering in a bad economy, leadership, the Law of Attraction, etc. In this new century, this is what people need to know, if you ask me.
I’m sure you’re reading this because you’re wondering whether you should join the Global Information Network. The company looks like another solid MLM opportunity to go right along with the rest.
The best question to ask at this point is this...how much do you know about marketing and branding yourself in the Global Information Network or any other MLM you may join? Do you know how to use social media, AdWords, blogging, viral methods, article/video marketing properly?
I’d start figuring out how to do all that stuff quickly if I were you
