The first step in creating duplication is finding the right people to work with. I've suggested many times that not everyone will become a business builder. Most people will end up being customerand never build the business. I look for specific kinds of people when I am prospecting. Here are a few to start off with. I desire to work with individuals who are great listeners and take action on the things I teach them when I am coaching them. If they don't know how to take action on the instructions taught to them then why are they on my team? The person has to be capable. The people you work with require to comprehend that you have a proven system for success. They have to bring a wide open mind, a profound passion for understanding, and leave their egos at the front door.

This is the greatest trait to look for. As a matter of fact, people with really hard-nosed egos are the greatest kind. There are exceptions, but there rare. I spend alot of my time masterminding with aggressive business builders, people who build the business full time and some who work part time but make the most out of the time they have.

Work with the willing. the only way that the duplication process will work is if you and the new recruit are on the same page of where you want to be. If you attempt to work with a person who really doesn't want to have a big business, this is obviously the wrong person to work with. Match their energy , enthusiasm and drive, but never exceed it. You cannot drag your people across the finish line. They must want to run to the finish line and succeed themselves. If their energy is sufficient to become customers, teach them how to be the good customers, and leave it at that. Devote your real energy to people who want to become business builders.
