I am 100% serious about this, so hear me out.
Of course there are tips and tricks for different marketing strategies that you can use, but as far as being successful, there is no secret.
I'm going to explain what I mean while answering the previous questions at the same time.
The way I see it, there are 5 things all top network marketers have/do in order to achieve long term success in this industry.
1. A Desire To Learn
Unfortunately, many are tempted into this industry with promises of just “plugging into a system and making money.” I do believe that there are some systems that absolutely shorten the learning curve for many.
However, at the end of the day, it's so important that you are willing to learn. For most people, owning your own business, networking, marketing, online marketing…it’s all, or at least mostly, new to you.
Would it make sense to become a plumber without ever having learned the skills necessary to do the job right?
Of course it wouldn't.
This is the reason why I am so confused by the number of people who get into network marketing and are not prepared to become students of this business and learn the skills necessary to succeed. If learning and acquiring new skills, such as internet marketing, isn't something you are interested in doing, it may be a good idea to stick to your day job. This will probably save you a lot of time and money.
2. A Solid Work Ethic
I can guarantee, without a shadow of a doubt, that every successful network marketer (at least every single one I know) has a strong work ethic.
This is important, especially over the long term if you hope to have long term success. Despite what many think, the majority of network marketers don’t turn on their computer, put up a website and make money. There is some actual work involved.
All successful network marketers work hard (and smart) to master the skills necessary to run a successful business. It’s so important to not be afraid to do the work. How comes it seems as though some people are willing to work hard on their jobs, not themselves or their businesses?
3. Ready To Implement What You Learn
Unfortunately, this is where so many of us struggle at one time or another. Do you ever feel like your brain is overflowing with too many new marketing techniques and strategies? Does if ever seem like you have information overload and are not quite sure what to do with all of it?
Trust me. You are definitely not alone.
This happens to all of us at one point or another. The important thing to keep in mind is that while learning is crucial, it's even more critical to implement what you learn into your business. You don't want to allow yourself to get stuck in the cycle of watching training video after training video, without actually doing any marketing and implementing what you learn.

Remember, you are your business. Your business will grow in direct correlation to how much you grow as a person. It's important that you invest in yourself and continue to learn and grow all the time.
It’s important that we invest in courses, education and tools to help us grow our business. It’s equally as important that we invest in our personal development as well.
5. Take Massive, Consistent Action
This one is absolutely critical. There is no way we can expect to be successful if we spend time on our business here and there, whenever we feel like it or get a chance. Throwing up a blog post from time to time and spending five minutes on Twitter every other day isn't going to produce any real results.
In order to be successful, we must remember to be consistent with our efforts. A little bit each day is often better than a lot every once in a while.
In addition, we must take massive action. If we are using video marketing as a strategy, one video a month isn’t going to cut it. How does 20-30 in one month sound?
Remember, massive action equals massive results.
